Within the app please press Settings then Restore Purchases and follow the prompts to retrieve your purchases. If multiple restore options apply to you, e.g. you made purchases on Pocketmags online or another platform and on your device's App Store please follow each applicable 'restore' route.

If the above does not work, other reasons could be that the latest issue may be a Special issue (Specials are not included in a subscription) or your subscription may simply have expired.
